| This service helps an ASTER GDS registered User to modify the user registration information, if any of the User Registration Information including the address and the telephone number should change. You can change your Password using this service. This service also helps an ASTER GDS User to cancel the user registration. Please follow the procedures described below.

| If you are an ASTER GDS User possessing Log-in Name and Password, you can access to the ASTER GDS-IMS Homepage and modify your user profile by yourself.
|
|
| 1. |
Click here to show ASTER GDS-IMS Homepage in another window. Detailed instruction on how to use the IMS will be given by clicking the "HELP" button. |
|

| 2. |
Select "User Certification" from the Main Menu on the ASTER GDS-IMS Homepage. Enter your Login Name and Password. Once you are certified, the Main Menu will return on the display. |
|
|
| 3. |
Select "Modify User Profile" from the Main Menu and check your registered User Profile on the "Confirm User Profile" page. Click the "Modify Your Profile" button to show "Modify Your Profile" screen. You can make changes to your User Information on this page. |

| 4. |
Please click the "Change Password" button if you would like to change your password. |
|

| [Offline Procedure] |
|
| If you are an ASTER GDS User without Log-in Name or Password, you can fill in a modification request form provided and send it to ASTER GDS User Service . The change will be made by ASTER GDS. |
|

Please download the "Modification Request for ASTER User Registration" form from here and print it out. Fill out the form with the information that you would like to modify, and send it to ASTER GDS at the mailing address shown at the bottom of this page. |

| 2. |
Upon receipt of "Modification Request for ASTER User Registration" form, ASTER will make the requested change(s) to the user profile accordingly. |
|
|
| 3. |
When the modification is completed, ASTER GDS will return a "Notification of ASTER User Registration Modification" to you by post. |
|
|
| 4. |
In case that you cannot download the modification request form from this Website, please ask ASTER GDS for the form at the contact points shown at the bottom of this page.

[User Registration Cancellation Procedure]
|
|
|
|
| 1. |
Please download the "Cancellation Request for ASTER User Registration" form underneath and print it out. Fill out the form and send it to ASTER GDS at the mailing address shown at the bottom of this page. Please check the status of your product order(s) before sending the cancellation request. (It is ideal that all the products you have ordered have already been delivered.) |

Upon receipt of your "Cancellation Request for ASTER User Registration", ASTER GDS will discard your User Registration accordingly. |
|
|
| 3. |
When the cancellation is completed, ASTER GDS will return a "Notification of ASTER User Registration Deletion" to you by post. |

|
| 4. |
"Cancellation Request for ASTER User Registration" form can also be obtained from the contact points introduced at the bottom of this page.
