How to download your requested products:

Step 1: Click the following URL or input it manually in your Web browser, to enter "ASTER GDS Online Distribution Site".

Step 2: Input your User ID and DPR-ID (see above).
Step 3: Click 'login' button.
Step 4: Click file name from the product list to download. If you click readme file, you can see the information of products.
Step 5: If you requested the CEOS format products, you need to restore the tar files after download.

[Caution]

You can use this service for 7 days from this mail dispatched. Afterward, we will remove your products from the distribution site, but your charge will not be cancelled, whether you finish the download or not.

Please access the URL designated in the notice, and the screen shown below will appear.
Please insert the User ID and DPR-ID indicated in the e-mail, and click the "login" button.
Please download the Readme file and all succeeding files. (Please right-click and select "Save this file as...")
The period allowed for downloading is set to 7 days from the date of the data generation. After the period, the data will be deleted. Please note that User will be charged regardless of whether he/she actually downloads the data or not.
Please frequently confirm the progress of your orders by course of the following procedure, so that you will not miss downloading your product(s.)
You can confirm the progress of any order that you have placed.
In order to confirm the progress of your ordered product(s), first perform User Certification on the Top page and select "DPR (Data Processing Request)" on the Top page after the screen returns.
Select "DPR Status" from the DPR Menus.
The dialog below will come out. Please enter the number of products that you wish to confirm here. The default number is 100.
After entering the number on the dialog box and click the "OK" button, the Product Status screen will be displayed.
Selecting a DPR of which you would like to confirm the status from the box on the screen will activate the "DPR Detailed Status" button.
Click the "DPR Detailed Status" and you will find the page indicating the process status of the selected DPR.
In case of selecting Online Distribution, the DPR Status column will have COMPLETED when the data is ready, and you will soon receive an e-mail notice for downloading. (However, it depends on the system conditions how many days it takes until the column indicates COMPLETED.)
If you do not receive the notice for downloading within a few days after you confirm COMPLETED in the DPR Status column, please contact ASTER GDS User Service. In case of selecting CD-ROM, the product(s) will be delivered in CD-ROM. If you do not receive the CD-ROM within one week after you confirm COMPLETED in the DPR Status column, please contact ASTER GDS User Service.
Click the "Return" button and the screen will return to the DPR list with the detailed status indicated.
If you select a DPR from the box on the screen and click the "DPR Contents" button, the contents of the selected DPR will be displayed.
